You have 7 days to contact us with any problems you may have. We DO NOT take returns or exchanges for juice, tips, tanks, and atomizers. Each item is double checked to make sure it is in proper working condition before we ship out. If a problem occurs with any of our devices, please contact us immediately. Opening, attempting to repair or taking the device to other vape shops, will VOID any AND all warranty and will not be accepted for repair. If any item returned is found with manufacturer's defect, we will be glad to give store credit or refund for the full price of the item.
